Set up
I set up lights and a backdrop in a conference room or open space before the first person walks in.
Shoot
Each person gets a short, coached slot and sees their shots on screen as we go. Nobody needs to know how to pose.
Choose
Everyone picks favorites before they leave the room, and those are the images I edit.

Corporate headshots are quoted for each team, because the price depends on how many people you're bringing. Send your date, location and head count, and I'll email you a quote.
Some people on my team hate having their picture taken. Is that a problem?
No, that's not a problem, because I tell each person exactly what to do, one small adjustment at a time, so nobody stands in front of the camera guessing.

Yes, everyone's headshots match, because the lighting, backdrop and framing stay the same all day. The last person of the day gets the same setup as the first.
What should our team wear for corporate headshots?
Agree on a dress code before the day, such as dark jackets over light shirts or solid tops in one color family. Ask people to skip logos and busy patterns. Team dress tips
