What this covers
This policy covers www.101headshots.com, the website of 101 Headshots, a headshot photography business in Carlsbad, California. It explains what information the site collects and what happens to it.
What I collect
When you send a session request, the form collects your name, email address, and anything else you choose to add: phone number, session type, preferred dates and your message.
Like most websites, the hosting provider (Vercel) records basic technical information such as IP addresses and browser type to keep the site running and secure. The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites.
How I use it
I use your information only to reply to your request, schedule and run your session, and keep a record of our conversation. I may add your details to the client management software I use to run the business. I don't sell, rent or share your information for anyone else's marketing.
Where it's stored
Requests are encrypted and stored with Vercel, which hosts this site. Each request is also emailed to me through Resend, an email delivery service. Service providers that store data for me are only allowed to use it to provide their service.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent me. Contact me through bryan@101headshots.com and I'll take care of it.
Do Not Track
Because the site doesn't track visitors across websites, it works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Links to other sites
This site links to Instagram and to my Google reviews. Information you share on those sites is covered by their own privacy policies.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll post the new version here and update the effective date above.
